We are recruiting an Operations Manager for a South African fintech business in the payments space, based in Johannesburg North. This role owns the full physical operation, from managing an offshore manufacturer in China through to distributing product into national retail chains across South Africa.

- 5 or more years in operations, logistics or supply chain

- Proven experience importing from Asia, including freight forwarding and customs clearance

- Experience distributing into national retail networks or large multi-site operations

- Strong stock control and inventory planning skills

- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
