POSITION 1: ASSEMBLY / PRODUCTION OPERATOR
Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply! Training provided!
What You'll Do:
Assemble automotive axle components and final assemblies.
Learn to operate production machinery and equipment.
Perform hands-on assembly and machining tasks.
Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
Follow production instructions and safety procedures.
Perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, twisting, and standing.
Work with your team to meet daily production goals.
What We're Looking For:
No previous manufacturing experience required!
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
POSITION 2: FORKLIFT / TUGGER OPERATOR
Training provided on plant equipment and procedures!
What You'll Do:
Operate forklifts and tuggers (Powered Industrial Vehicles) to transport materials throughout the facility.
Deliver materials to production lines and designated storage areas.
Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
Stack, unstack, and move dunnage and four-post containers.
Track inventory and maintain accurate material movement records.
Label, sort, and organize materials and shipments.
Safely load outbound trucks.
Complete required equipment safety inspections before use.
Navigate tight spaces and areas with pedestrian traffic.
Follow all plant safety and material handling procedures.
What We're Looking For:
Forklift or tugger experience is a plus, but training is provided!
Strong safety awareness and attention to surroundings.
Willingness to learn and operate both forklifts and tuggers.
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Team-oriented attitude and commitment to safety.
