ATE Engineer

Job Title: ATE Engineer (Automated Test Equipment Engineer)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ATE Engineer to develop, maintain, and optimize automated testing systems for electronics manufacturing and product validation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with test equipment, test programming, hardware troubleshooting, and production testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automated test equipment and test programs.

Troubleshoot test failures and perform root-cause analysis.

Support new product introduction (NPI) and high-volume manufacturing.

Analyze test data and improve product quality and production yield.

Work with oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and other test instruments.

Perform equipment calibration, validation, and preventive maintenance.

Improve test cycle time and production efficiency.

Prepare test procedures, SOPs, and work instructions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in ATE or Test Engineering.

Programming experience in Python, C/C++, LabVIEW, or similar.

Knowledge of PXI, GPIB, USB, and Ethernet interfaces.

Experience with circuit schematics, PCB troubleshooting, and electronics testing.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, root-cause analysis, and yield improvement.
