Part-Time Cold Caller / Appointment Setter — Video Production

Schedule: One day per week, approximately 4–6 hours. Remote with occasional meeting.

We’re looking for a confident, dependable cold caller to generate leads for our video production services. You’ll contact businesses and other potential clients, introduce our services, identify interest, and schedule consultations with our team.

This is a small part-time opportunity suited to someone looking for a side gig who enjoys speaking with people.

Responsibilities:

Make approximately 200–400 outbound call attempts per workday, allowing time for conversations and accurate notes.

Speak with business owners, managers, and other potential clients about their video production needs.

Explain our services clearly and professionally.

Identify interested prospects and schedule consultations.

Record call outcomes, contact details, and relevant project information.

Follow up with interested prospects when needed.

Compensation options:

The compensation arrangement will be agreed upon before work begins.

Per-call pay: $0.35 per documented call attempt, including unanswered calls and voicemails. For example, 300 calls earn $105.

Commission-based pay: $20 per qualified consultation generated through your outreach that actually takes place. Five qualifying consultations earn $100; six earn $120. Under this option, payment is based on qualifying consultations rather than call volume.

A qualified consultation involves a new prospective client with a potential video production need who attends a scheduled discussion with our team. Earnings vary based on activity or results, and any legally required minimum-pay adjustments apply.
