Program Manager for a medical products client, Batesville, IN (onsite). W2, 1 year with possible extension.

Simplify and standardize processes across R&D and quality systems; introduce practical automation and AI in a regulated environment; own roadmap, pilots and governance.

Requirements: 15+ years in product development, quality systems or program management in the medical products industry; design controls and change control; FDA QS and ISO 13485; validated systems and data governance; Lean Six Sigma preferred; bachelor's in engineering, science, quality, operations or business.
