Full Stack Developer (Fintech)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in the Fintech domain to join our dynamic technology team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications.

2. Develop and manage backend services, APIs, databases, and server infrastructure.

3. Build responsive and intuitive front-end interfaces in collaboration with the UI/UX team.

4. Ensure seamless integration between front-end, back-end, and third-party fintech services (Payment Gateways, Banking APIs, KYC/AML systems, etc.).

5. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

6. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to improve performance and security.

7. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and deliver new features.

8. Adhere to best practices for data security, compliance, and regulatory standards specific to the fintech industry.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, preferably in the Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services sector.

2. Strong proficiency in both Front-End technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and Back-End technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or PHP).

3. Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and server management (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

4. Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and secure payment integrations.

5. Solid understanding of financial products, transaction processing, payment systems, and fintech compliance.

6. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and version control (Git).
