Supporting our client franchise territories across multiple towns surrounding Winchester, Virginia, and Martinsburg, West Virginia, approximately 100 km from Washington, D.C. What you'll do

Supporting our client franchise territories across multiple towns surrounding Winchester, Virginia, and Martinsburg, West Virginia, approximately 100 km from Washington, D.C. The operation supports approximately: 400 clients receiving private home-care services 350+ Care Professionals Multiple towns across two franchise territories Understanding the Real-Life Scheduling Challenge This is not simply an administrative scheduling position. The Coordinator must understand the operational impact of every cancellation and act quickly to protect the client’s care and the company’s scheduled service hours. The successful Coordinator must be: Trustworthy and dependable, as they will handle confidential information and make decisions affecting vulnerable clients Passionate about delivering excellent care and service, rather than treating the position as a basic administrative role A confident and influential communicator, capable of persuading and motivating Care Professionals to provide urgent cover when cancellations occur Calm and resourceful under pressure, particularly when several scheduling problems arise simultaneously Equipped with a strong, stable broadband connection, a reliable computer setup and a professional home-working environment Willing and able to work consistently during hours aligned with US operations LINK INFO for VIDEO submissions: [internal file link removed]

What we're looking for

1. Exceptional spoken English / telephone skills 2. Scheduling or workforce coordination experience (Nice to have) 3. Proven high-volume calling experience (60-100 outbound calls per day) 4. Strong organisation + fast problem-solving
