Job Description*:

- An ONIT Support Specialist is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the ONIT Legal Operations and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. The role involves incident management, user support, configuration, workflow administration, troubleshooting, integration, and ensuring smooth operation of legal business processes.

#Mandatory Skills:

- Provide L1/L2/L3 support for ONIT applications and modules.

- Monitor application health, troubleshoot issues, and resolve user incidents.

- Manage service requests, defects, and enhancement requests through ticketing tools.

- Configure workflows, forms, approval processes, notifications, and user permissions.

- Support Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Matter Management, Legal Spend

- Management, and Legal Operations processes.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.

- Coordinate with business users, vendors, and technical teams for issue resolution.

- Validate system changes through testing and support UAT activities.

- Maintain knowledge articles, SOPs, and support documentation.

- Support integrations with DocuSign, Microsoft applications, ERP systems, and other enterprise platforms.

- Assist with release management, deployments, and production support activities
