Paraprofessionals (small group or 1:1 support)

The North Country Union Junior High School is seeking a para-educator to offer academic and behavioral support to students.

Candidates with strong organizational, communication, and time management skills is preferred, as well as a proficiency in math and literacy concepts.

The most successful candidates will have a history of high personal standards and the ability to work effectively within a group of dedicated individuals.

Candidates must meet the district’s requirements: minimum of 48 college credits or successfully passing the Master Teacher exams.

Previous experience preferred.

These are school session positions, 35 hours per week.

Paraprofessional rates of pay can vary between $20.35 and $23.00 an hour, depending on previous experience/education.
