Job Description*:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience on BOARD platform

• Strong expertise in BOARD application design, data modelling, cubes, entities, procedures, capsules, screens, reporting and dashboarding

• Ability to translate business requirements into efficient, scalable and maintainable BOARD solutions

• Good understanding of planning processes: Supply Chain, S&OP, demand planning or financial planning

• Experience with data integration from SAP BW, Snowflake and other enterprise data sources

• Experience working with BOARD Theobald Connector

• Knowledge of BOARD Cloud environments, administration, maintenance and user access management

• Strong understanding of BOARD release management, production deployment and application support processes

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret BOARD application logs for troubleshooting and root cause analysis

• BOARD Developer Certification Exam compulsory .

• BOARD Advanced Developer Certification Exam (ideally).

#Mandatory Skills:

BOARD Technical Expert / BOARD Developer

#Desired Skills:

• ITIL v3/v4 awareness or certification

• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or equivalent

• Experience in AMS, managed services, application support & run activities

• Experience with incidents, change, problem and release management processes.

• SAP or ERP integration with BOARD

• Knowledge of BOARD Cloud environments, administration, maintenance and user access management

• Strong understanding of BOARD release management, production deployment and application support processes

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret BOARD application logs for troubleshooting and root cause analysis

• BOARD Developer Certification Exam compulsory
