Senior Electrical Engineer\n Location: Pulaski, NY\n Job Type: Full-Time\n \n Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in industrial controls, product development, and electrical system design?

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to provide technical leadership and drive innovation across a portfolio of engineered industrial products.\n \n Key Responsibilities\n\n Lead electrical engineering efforts for new and existing product lines.\n Design, develop, and optimize electrical and controls systems to ensure safety, reliability, manufacturability, and performance.\n Serve as the subject matter expert for electrical engineering, providing guidance to cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Service, and Project Management.\n Review and approve electrical drawings, schematics, and custom-engineered solutions.\n Support factory acceptance testing (FAT), commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and regulations, including UL, NEC, NFPA, and CSA.\n Research emerging technologies and implement innovative solutions to enhance products and processes.\n Establish and maintain engineering standards, procedures, and design libraries.\n Evaluate and specify electrical components for custom customer orders and engineered projects.\n\n \n Qualifications\n\n Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.\n 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, controls engineering, or industrial automation.\n Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical design principles.\n Experience with industrial control systems, electrical schematics, and panel design.\n Working knowledge of UL, NEC, NFPA, CSA, and other applicable standards.\n Experience supporting manufacturing operations and product development initiatives.\n\n \n Preferred Background\n Candidates with experience in one or more of the following industries are highly encouraged to apply:\n\n Industrial Manufacturing\n OEM Equipment\n Boilers & Combustion Systems\n HVAC Equipment\n Process Heating Systems\n Energy & Power Generation\n Industrial Automation\n\n \n What We're Looking For\n Strong technical expertise in electrical and controls engineering\n Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities\n Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills\n Ability to make sound engineering decisions in a fast-paced environment\n Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and compliance\n Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and product development\n \n Why Join Us?\n Join a growing engineering team where you'll have the opportunity to influence product strategy, lead technical initiatives, and contribute to the development of innovative industrial solutions.\n \n Interested candidates are encouraged to apply or connect directly to learn more about this exciting opportunity.
