REMOTE RECRUITER

Position: Recruiter / Talent Recruiter

Primary Goal: Recruit strong team members who successfully perform in their roles

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused Recruiter to help us grow our remote team.

Your job is to find, screen, and help onboard people for positions such as:

* Sales Closers

* Cold Callers

* Social Media Promoters

* Other approved team positions as we grow

You are not responsible for selling our services to customers.

Your job is to help us find the right people to join the team and make sure the candidates you recruit understand the position before they start.

We care more about quality recruits than simply collecting applications.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Recruiter, you will:

* Find potential candidates for open positions

* Post and share job opportunities

* Search for candidates through approved platforms and communities

* Review applications

* Communicate with potential applicants

* Ask initial screening questions

* Determine whether candidates appear qualified

* Explain the role and expectations accurately

* Explain the commission structure accurately

* Identify candidates who are reliable and motivated

* Schedule or coordinate interviews when appropriate

* Keep track of candidates you source

* Communicate candidate information to the appropriate person

* Help qualified candidates move through the hiring process

* Assist with onboarding when requested

* Follow up with candidates

* Maintain organized recruiting records

Your goal is not:

“Get as many people hired as possible.”

Your goal is:

Find people who are actually capable of succeeding in the role.

A bad recruit can waste time for everyone.

A strong recruit can become a productive team member and generate sales.

COMMISSION

This is a commission-based recruiting position.

Under the current commission structure, you receive:

5% of each sale made by a person you personally recruit

The recruiting commission can continue for up to 4 months per recruited team member or until that person leaves/quits, according to the applicable commission rules.

Example:

If you personally recruit a team member and that team member properly makes a:

$3,000 sale

Your recruiting commission would be:

$3,000 5% = $150

If that same recruited team member makes another qualifying sale during the applicable commission period, you may receive the applicable 5% recruiting commission on that sale as well.

A $5,000 sale would result in:

$5,000 5% = $250

provided the sale qualifies under the applicable commission rules.

Commission is based on properly tracked and attributed sales.

Simply referring someone to the company does not automatically guarantee commission eligibility.
