About the Role
Operations is the connecting point between nurses, patients, insurance providers, and our distribution partners. You’ll manage the logistics and coordination behind every order to ensure the right product reaches the right patient, accurately and on time. This role is hybrid, blending core order processing with prior authorization (PA) and revenue cycle management (RCM). You’ll alternate between system work and phone calls, requiring efficiency in both.
