Looking for a part-time job where you can work with your hands and learn useful skills?

Apparatus Manufacturing is looking for a dependable person to join our manufacturing team in Poughkeepsie.

No manufacturing experience is required. We will train you.

Schedule

Typically 2–3 days per week, with flexible scheduling available.

We can work with the right candidate on either shorter workdays or fewer full workdays.

Monday–Friday daytime hours. No nights or weekends.

What You'll Do

You’ll help with a variety of hands-on manufacturing tasks, including:

Removing sharp edges and finishing manufactured parts

Installing hardware into sheet metal components

Cleaning and preparing parts

Packaging completed products

Loading and unloading CNC machines

Performing basic quality checks

Helping with general shop operations

As you learn, you’ll have opportunities to work with additional equipment and develop more advanced manufacturing skills.

Who We're Looking For

You do not need previous manufacturing experience.

Enjoys hands-on work

Wants to learn

Can lift up to 50 pounds when needed

If you are willing to learn, we are willing to teach.
