Control budgets, labour and resources

Lead client, HSE and progress meetings

Manage workforce planning and subcontractors

Ensure safe and compliant scaffold operations

Manage risks, incidents and corrective actions

Maintain client relationships

Drive training and localisation Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Project or Construction Management

10+ years' industrial scaffolding/access experience

5+ years managing large scaffolding contracts

Mining, Oil & Gas or Industrial experience

HSE & Working-at-Heights awareness

Strong leadership & commercial skills
