About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of scalable AI platforms, frameworks, and tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks.
- Design and implement AI platform services, orchestration patterns, and reusable integration components.
- Deliver workflow automation solutions including custom agents and graph-based, multi-agent systems.
- Integrate AI solutions with cloud, security, and enterprise technology platforms.
- Build secure, reliable, observable, and maintainable services for AI and agent integration.
- Provide technical support, documentation, and guidance to developer teams.
- Drive framework lifecycle practices: versioning, release management, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Implement operational capabilities including logging, metrics, token monitoring, and distributed tracing.
- Apply enterprise best practices for security, privacy, responsible AI, access control, and cost management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, security, and architecture teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field
- 5-7 years' professional software or platform engineering experience, delivering production-grade solutions
- Demonstrable experience with AI, LLM, or automation tool integration
- Proficient with GCP, Gemini, Vertex AI, or comparable cloud-based AI platforms
- Strong background in Java REST API development with Spring Boot
- Practical knowledge of React.js or similar front-end technologies
- Experience with secure API integration, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect
- Familiarity with SDLC, CI/CD, observability, and responsible AI practices
- Must be eligible to work in the US without current or future sponsorship
- Onsite attendance required 4 days per week at one of the specified locations
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code and GitHub Copilot in engineering workflows
- Experience designing custom AI agents, orchestration patterns, or shared integrations
- Knowledge of MCP servers, agent-to-agent (A2A) communication protocols
- Exposure to Google ADK, Spring AI, LangChain, LangChain4j, or similar LLM SDKs
- Familiarity with Gemini Agent Platform and Vertex AI features
- Experience implementing model governance, operational dashboards, and distributed tracing for AI services
- Exposure to microservices, cloud-native architecture, containerization, and CI/CD with Harness or Azure DevOps
- Agile/Scrum environment experience
