Quality Inspector - Compliance Specialist

Overview

Kormachine is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to make sure every part meets customer specifications and regulatory requirements. You'll also support our compliance systems and help hold the line on quality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision measuring tools

Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections

Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T

Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records

Identify non-conformances and assist with root cause analysis

Support compliance with quality standards (AS9100D preferred)

Assist with audits and continuous improvement initiatives

Help refine inspection processes and documentation

Qualifications

2+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong working knowledge of measuring tools and inspection techniques

Ability to read blueprints and GD&T

Experience with quality systems (AS9100D or ISO preferred)

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
