Job Description*:

Strong experience in Xstore POS-

- Own the test strategy and master test plan for Xstore POS releases, patches, and configuration changes

- Build and maintain test cases and regression packs covering POS transactions, payments, promotions, returns, offline mode, and store-back-office flows

- Execute and coordinate system, integration, and regression testing ahead of every deployment; sign off on go/no-go from a QA standpoint

- Validate Xstore integrations (SAP, payments/EFT, tax, OMS, RFID, loyalty) end to end

- Lead SIT and UAT cycles: schedule, assign, track daily execution, and report progress against plan

- Triage, log, and drive defects to closure with dev and vendor teams; own retest and closure evidence

- Guide and review the work of junior QA testers; enforce test standards, templates, and traceability

- Maintain test data, environments, and store configurations required for each cycle

- Run post-deployment verification in production and in pilot stores

- Report test status, coverage, risks, and blockers to program leadership
