As an Industrial Foreman, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and leading a team of skilled workers. Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the production team to ensure efficient operations.

Monitor and enforce safety standards and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Collaborate with management to develop production schedules and meet deadlines.

Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning.

Identify and resolve any operational issues or obstacles that may arise.

Maintain accurate records of production metrics and employee performance.

Foster a positive team environment that encourages open communication and collaboration.Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.

Proven experience in an industrial setting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in an industrial environment.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse team.

Proficient in using industrial equipment and tools.

Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
