Do you have the experience and confidence to generate business without relying on company-provided leads?

Virtagon is inviting experienced sales professionals to join its independent agent network serving four metropolitan markets:

**Miami Los Angeles New York City Chicago**

We are seeking individuals who understand business owners' needs, are comfortable initiating outbound contact, and can guide prospective customers through the sales process.

**YOUR ROLE**

Identify and approach local professionals and small businesses that could benefit from Virtagon's digital services. Establish relationships, present suitable solutions, and work toward closing new customer agreements.

Most selling activities may be conducted remotely, although local face-to-face meetings are welcome.

**WHAT VIRTAGON PROVIDES**

- An introductory commission rate of 20%, paid once on each qualifying first sale to an eligible local professional or small business.

- Biweekly processing of earned commissions after full customer payment has cleared.

- Initial training and continued support.

- Flexibility to organize your independent selling activities.

- Possible additional opportunities with larger companies, governed by separate negotiations.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Previous outbound B2B selling experience, strong communication abilities, independent prospecting skills, and current residence in one of the specified metropolitan areas.

**FINANCIAL TERMS**

This is not salaried employment. Compensation depends entirely on qualifying sales, with no guaranteed income. The 20% introductory arrangement is temporary, with an undefined end date. No recurring commissions apply. Medium and large account terms must be separately agreed.
