Elite Sourcing is working with an established Las Vegas Personal Injury firm seeking an Arbitration Paralegal to support its attorneys. This opportunity is ideal for someone with personal injury litigation experience who enjoys managing cases, preparing evidence, and helping clients through the legal process.\n

About the Job:\n

\n\n

Support attorneys in managing personal injury cases through arbitration.\n

Draft discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and other legal documents under attorney supervision.\n

Track case deadlines, hearing dates, and discovery requirements.\n

Obtain, review, and organize medical records, bills, accident reports, and supporting evidence.\n

Prepare medical chronologies and summaries of injuries, treatment, and damages.\n

Assist with arbitration briefs, exhibit lists, witness lists, and hearing binders.\n

Coordinate depositions, expert witnesses, and arbitration hearings.\n

Communicate with clients, medical providers, opposing counsel, and arbitration administrators.\n

Assist attorneys during hearings with exhibits, documents, and witness coordination.\n

Support settlement preparation and post-arbitration case follow-up.\n\n

Qualifications:\n

\n\n

Personal injury paralegal experience with a strong litigation background.\n

Arbitration experience preferred.\n

Familiarity with Nevada court procedures and legal calendaring.\n

Strong legal drafting, organizational, and communication skills.\n

Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with attention to detail.\n

Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office.\n

Paralegal certificate or equivalent relevant experience preferred.\n\n

Pay/Benefits:\n\n

Pay: $65K-$85K DOE\n
