Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to assist with vendor statement reconciliations, invoice discrepancies, and accounting system reporting on a temporary basis. Salary is $52-56k, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST:

The Accounts Payable Specialist will perform high-volume vendor statement audits and reconciliations

The Accounts Payable Specialist will identify and resolve vendor discrepancies, outstanding credits, and invoice issues

Request missing invoices and supporting documentation as needed

Assist with other AP projects, time permitting

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST:

Accounts payable experience with high-volume vendor statement reconciliations required

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) required

Intermediate Excel skills, including lookups, formatting, and data exports

Salary is $52-56k, DOE
