Key Responsibilities As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Spring Leaf Physiotherapy, you will: - Conduct thorough evaluations by reviewing patient history and employing specific assessment techniques to formulate appropriate treatment plans.
- Communicate evaluation findings and treatment goals clearly to patients and their families, actively involving them in the goal-setting process to enhance patient engagement.

- Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to patient care, addressing any changes in patients' conditions promptly.

Patient Population / Client Focus Our primary focus is on patients with orthopedic conditions including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal issues.
You will work with patients from various age groups, each presenting unique challenges and requiring individualized treatment plans.
Your expertise will be essential in helping them regain mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall function.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: - A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
- A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
Preferred Experience While prior experience in physical therapy is not mandatory, candidates who have completed clinical rotations or internships in outpatient orthopedics will stand out.
