Job DescriptionWe are seeking a strong Full Stack Developer to replace an offshore team member and join our Continuous Improvement team. This individual will primarily support backlog initiatives, enhancement projects, and ongoing development efforts. While this is a full stack role, a heavier backend focus is preferred.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications.

Support and prioritize backlog items within the Continuous Improvement team.

Partner with Technical Leads on enhancement efforts and project-based initiatives.

Contribute to the development and support of approximately 7 discovery tools/applications.

Participate in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support when needed.
