Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced .NET Lead with strong AWS expertise to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Microservices, and AWS, along with proven technical leadership skills.

The candidate will work closely with architects, developers, QA teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise applications using C#, .NET and .NET Core.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

• Design and develop scalable REST APIs and Microservices.

• Architect, deploy, and support applications on AWS cloud.

• Perform code reviews and establish coding standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects and business stakeholders on technical solutions.

• Identify performance, scalability, security, and reliability improvements.

• Troubleshoot complex application and production issues.

• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to technical planning.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core.

• Strong experience with ASP.NET Core and Web API.

• Proven experience with AWS cloud services.

• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and REST APIs.

• Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework/Core.

• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns.

• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong understanding of application security, scalability, and performance.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams.

Experience with AWS services such as:

• AWS Lambda

• ECS / EKS

• EC2

• S3

• RDS

• API Gateway

• CloudWatch

• IAM

• SQS / SNS

• CloudFormation or Terraform

Leadership Expectations

• Ability to make sound technical decisions and provide architectural direction.
