Litigation Associate Attorney

A full-service regional law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its in-demand condemnation and eminent domain practice in Raleigh, North Carolina.

The team advises property owners, businesses, real estate investors and trusts, and governmental entities in a diverse range of matters, from pre-litigation counseling to condemnation proceedings to related real estate litigation and trials.

The opportunity is particularly attractive for an experienced attorney who is seeking to work across all phases of sophisticated eminent domain and condemnation proceedings, including taking an active role in hearings and trials and providing legal opinions, counseling, and advisory services.
