Location: Long Valley, NJ

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Fully Onsite

Position Summary

Frazier Industrial is looking for a reliable and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at our Long Valley, NJ office. This role will be responsible for maintaining a professional reception area, handling incoming calls and visitors, coordinating mail and shipping, and providing general administrative support to the office.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate department or employee

Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area

Process outgoing mail and coordinate daily mail pickup

Manage UPS and FedEx shipments, including preparing shipping labels and coordinating deliveries

Order UPS, FedEx, postage machine, office, and kitchen supplies

Distribute payroll materials to appropriate Frazier locations

Scan and log incoming checks and maintain accurate records

Create shipping labels and coordinate shipments for other Frazier locations as needed

Assist the Marketing and Sales teams with mailings and other administrative needs

Scan, organize, and file Certificates of Liability Insurance and other documentation

Provide general administrative and office support as needed

Qualifications

Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Professional and friendly communication skills

Comfortable answering phones and interacting with visitors

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently

Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office

Reliable and professional demeanor
