Lead Data Engineer, Data Platform & Ingestion

is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to own one or more data platform domains, set long-term direction, and lead a small team of engineers.

You will work 65% hands-on on Snowflake-based workloads, dbt transformations, and data feeds, ensuring HIPAA-compliant access controls and strong data quality practices.

Columbus, OH or remote (US) options available.

This role requires expert SQL/Python, dbt at scale, and production ownership with vendors and roadmaps.
