Cargo Van Owner-Operators – Peak Season

$250/DAY FLAT RATE DEDICATED ROUTES MULTIPLE ROUTES AVAILABLE

Lakeview Logistics is hiring reliable Cargo Van Owner-Operators for dedicated delivery routes during the upcoming peak season.

We have multiple routes available and are looking for dependable owner-operators who are ready to commit to consistent delivery work throughout the peak season.

PEAK SEASON

Start Date: November 12, 2026

End Date: January 4, 2027

Possibility of extension for drivers who perform well and maintain reliable service.

We are looking for drivers who can consistently show up, complete their assigned routes, and provide professional service throughout the peak season.

COMPENSATION

$250 PER DAY – FLAT RATE

You receive $250 for completing your assigned route, regardless of the number of stops or packages.

Light route = $250

Regular route = $250

Heavy route = $250

The daily rate does not change based on route volume.

VEHICLE REQUIREMENT

CARGO VAN OWNER-OPERATORS ONLY

You must own or have consistent access to a qualifying commercial cargo van suitable for delivery operations.

Examples include:

Ford Transit

Ram ProMaster

Mercedes-Benz Sprinter

Ford Transit Connect

Ram ProMaster City

Similar commercial cargo van

Personal sedans and standard passenger vehicles do not qualify.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for drivers who are:

Reliable and punctual

Available consistently throughout the peak season

Able to operate independently

Professional and customer-focused

Comfortable using a smartphone and delivery applications

Able to safely and accurately complete deliveries

Responsible for maintaining their assigned route

Interested in continued delivery opportunities after peak season
