Job Opportunity – Interventional Radiology Technologist – Ohio

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Call requirements may apply based on skill set. This position requires travel between two hospital facilities within the service area. Every fourth weekend if required.

Highlights:

Work with advanced imaging technology including Siemens Artis Pheno equipment in hybrid OR settings

Perform procedures across multiple specialties including Cardiology, Vascular, Neuro, and Interventional Radiology

Enjoy consistent weekday business hours with predictable scheduling

Gain experience in endovascular procedures and hybrid operating room environments

Access to comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams

36 hours of orientation to ensure successful integration into the team

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in interventional radiology

Active ARRT certification and valid state license

Current ACLS and BLS certifications required

Proficiency with Siemens Artis Pheno equipment and fluoroscopy

Experience in Cardiology and at least one of the following: Neuro, Vascular, or IR procedures

Willingness to travel between two facility locations within the metro area

Preferred: Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system

Preferred: Hybrid OR and vascular surgery experience

Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program

Two professional references required, including at least one from a manager or supervisor

Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform interventional radiology procedures across cardiology, vascular, and other specialty areas

Operate Siemens Artis Pheno equipment and maintain technical proficiency

Ensure patient safety, comfort, and appropriate monitoring throughout all procedures

Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic medical records

Support procedures in hybrid OR settings with both diagnostic and interventional cases

Note: Candidates must complete all compliance requirements, including Ohio fingerprinting, by the Tuesday prior to start date. Former employees must have been separated from the organization for at least 6 months to be eligible. Local candidates are welcome to apply.
