Key Responsibilities

Evaluate each patient's needs thoroughly, creating tailored treatment plans that utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as exercises, manual techniques, and equipment interventions.

Implement individualized treatment strategies that align with the therapeutic goals, working closely with patients to facilitate their recovery and improve mobility.

Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, ensuring that all treatments and outcomes are accurately recorded to inform ongoing care.

Regularly reassess patient conditions and modify treatment plans as necessary in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Educate patients and their families about therapeutic techniques, assistive devices, and self-care practices to enhance recovery and independence.

Engagement in continuous professional development through workshops and networking, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will work predominantly with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions. This includes a diverse range of diagnoses such as fractures, joint replacements, tendon tears, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Qualifications

Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
