Learning and Development Partner in Cebu City

For an IT Solution Company

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Learning & Development Partner to join our POD team.

This role will focus on developing and delivering learning solutions that strengthen employee capabilities, support career growth, and align with business goals across our Philippine sites.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, HR, or a related field.

-4–6 years of experience in L&D, training, facilitation, or instructional design.

-Experience designing and delivering programs for adult learners.

-Exposure to leadership development and technical training is a plus.

-Knowledge of learning frameworks such as ADDIE, Agile, or Kirkpatrick.

-Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

-Proficient in MS Office, Canva, Google Workspace, and LMS platforms.
