What You’ll Do
As an LPN, you will play an important role in providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care. Responsibilities may include:
Providing direct nursing care according to established plans of care
Administering medications and treatments as ordered
Monitoring patients and reporting changes in condition
Obtaining and documenting vital signs and clinical information
Assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges
Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
Communicating with RNs, physicians, CNAs, patients, and families
Following infection control, safety, and facility procedures
Supporting patients with compassion while maintaining dignity and confidentiality
Collaborating with the healthcare team to provide an exceptional patient experience
What We’re Looking For
Current and unrestricted LPN license for the state of assignment
Graduate of an approved practical nursing program
Current BLS/CPR certification
Must successfully pass a drug screening
Ability to meet required background and credentialing requirements
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Previous clinical experience preferred
