Sr. Finance Transformation Project Manager

Sr. Finance Transformation Project Manager needs 5–10+ years of Project Management experience

Requires:

• Experience leading Finance Transformation or Finance PMO initiatives

• Experience within large enterprise transformation programs

• Finance, Accounting background

• Excellent executive communication skills

• Strong Microsoft 365 expertise

• Experience coordinating multiple enterprise projects

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders

• Strong cultural fit with collaborative, team-oriented environments

• Adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced organizations

• Experience supporting Target Operating Model (TOM) initiatives (can be learned on the job)

• Stable employment background (not frequent job changes)

• Finance Transformation experience Finance or Accounting background

• Must be experienced in major change initiatives and have a proven record of delivery of major projects.

Duties:

• Designs and creates strategic documents such as Project Business cases, Assessments, Communication plans and detailed project plans. Presents project updates and makes presentations to senior level management within Finance

• Communicates to key management colleagues and team members the multiple project activities which need to be accomplished across regions or functions.

• Prioritize, and manage multiple projects and programs.

• Selects and utilizes project implementation documentation including implementation toolkits and migration schedules
