Property Pro Realty is a real estate brokerage in Bacolod and Negros Occidental, helping local and overseas Filipino buyers find house and lot, residential lot, condo, and memorial lot properties from trusted pre-selling developers.

We're looking for Real Estate Agents to join our growing team.

You don't need prior real estate experience.

We provide full training through our online course before you start selling, so you walk into your first client conversation already knowing the process, the paperwork, and how to answer the questions buyers actually ask.

What you'll do: Connect with buyers interested in house and lot, lots, condos, and memorial properties Guide clients from their first inquiry through reservation and documentation Attend our monthly in-person Activation Day, where you meet the team and sharpen your selling skills after finishing the online training What we're looking for: Must have finished at least 2nd year college Willingness to complete our online training course before taking on clients Comfortable talking to people and following up consistently Organized enough to manage paperwork and client requirements A bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required if you have relevant experience or strong drive What you get: Full training through our "Finish First, Meet After" program: you learn online first, then meet the team in person once you're ready Ongoing support from our team, not left to figure it out alone Flexible schedule that works around your other commitments How to apply: Apply through this listing, and we'll follow up with a short application form and next steps by email.
