What You’ll Do Master the Numbers: Prepare crisp, accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements that give leadership a clear view of our success.

Keep the Engine Running: Reconcile bank accounts, manage balance sheets, and post both routine and complex journal entries with ease.

Audit & Revenue Oversight: Dive into daily revenue reports, night audit summaries, and F&B sales to ensure seamless revenue recognition and airtight compliance.

Budget Guardian: Partner with department managers to track spend, monitor budgets, analyze cost variances, and protect company assets.

Innovate & Streamline: Bring fresh ideas to automate routine accounting workflows and leverage tech to make closing month-end smoother than ever.

Lead & Collaborate: Mentor junior staff and build strong relationships with Front Office, HR, and Operations teams.

What You Bring Experience: 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with hands-on exposure in the hotel or hospitality industry.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Tech Tech Savvy: Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or PMS) and advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas). Industry Know-How: Deep grasp of hotel revenue cycles, inventory/cost tracking, and general accounting principles.

Soft Skills: Uncompromising integrity, sharp analytical skills, excellent communication, and the calm mindset needed to crush tight monthly deadlines.
