REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Management. Knows how to drive a motorcycle or car and holds a valid driver's license. Knowledge of sales operations, distributor coordination, merchandising, pricing, and account monitoring. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience in Sales, Distributor Management, Trade Marketing, Key Accounts, or FMCG operations is an advantage.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

Demonstrate good analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data. Show excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills. Be results-oriented, organized, and capable of handling fieldwork, distributor coordination, and multiple account concerns.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Managing distributor accounts, trade marketing efforts, and field sales operations across assigned territories. Coordinating pricing, merchandising, and sales performance monitoring while addressing key account concerns. Salary Range: 22,000 – 24,000 plus commission
