Warehouse Order Processing Associate – Temp to Hire

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Warehouse Order Processing Associate for an immediate start in Lockbourne, OH.

Fast paced warehouse environment, steady hours, and strong long term growth potential with a busy operation ramping up!

PAY: $17.50-$19.83/hour

HOURS: Expected shifts will be 8 hour days starting at 7:00 AM

SCHEDULE: Expected work will be Monday–Friday; approximately 40 hours/week

START DATE: ASAP

DURATION: This is anticipated to be a temp to hire position Warehouse Order Processing

Associate Job Description:

The Warehouse Order Processing Associate will support outbound warehouse operations including automated picking, order processing, and shipping execution. The role involves working with a Transportation Management System (TMS) and robotic picking technology to ensure accurate, timely shipment of orders in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications for Warehouse Order Processing Associate:

Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or order processing experience preferred

Comfortable working with scanning technology and automated systems

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Reliable attendance and consistency required

Must be able to safely use standard warehouse processes and follow procedures

Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling, climbing ladders, and reaching as needed

Additional Requirements for Warehouse Order Processing Associate:

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Must have reliable transportation to the job site
