Key Well Counseling is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) to join our expanding team of mental health professionals. Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.
Provide ongoing psychotherapy services to a diverse range of clients, utilizing evidence-based modalities suited to their unique circumstances.
Document clinical notes in accordance with Maryland state regulations and Key Well Counseling policies to ensure compliance and high-quality care.
Engage in regular clinical supervision and participate in case consultations and team meetings to enhance professional development and clinical practices.
Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and school counselors, to optimize client support and treatment.
Maintain the highest ethical standards and uphold legal compliance relevant to therapeutic practice and licensure.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will be working with a rich and varied population, including individuals struggling with relationship issues, children coping with developmental challenges, and families facing communication barriers. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and as a therapist, you will have the opportunity to positively impact their lives by navigating and resolving complex relational dynamics.
Qualifications
A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
Current and active LCMFT license issued by the state of Maryland.
A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.
Proficiency in working with couples, families, or children is highly desirable.
Preferred Experience
Specialization in evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, EFT, Gottman, DBT, or CBT.
Demonstrated ability to exhibit strong clinical judgment, cultural competence, and effective communication skills.
Experience working both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
