Welder (MIG/TIG/Fabrication)

Location: Bardstown, KY

Pay: $28.00–$38.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Full-Time Multiple Shifts Available About the Opportunity

Our client is a well-established manufacturer that designs and builds custom-engineered steel structures for government, commercial, and industrial applications. Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on structural steel and fabricated assemblies.

Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols.

Assemble and fabricate components according to engineering specifications.

Operate welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication equipment safely.

Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy.

Work closely with production and fabrication teams to meet production schedules.

Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area. Qualifications

3+ years of MIG or TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Experience working with structural steel and fabricated components.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures, squares, and calipers.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

AWS certification is a plus but not required. What We're Looking For
