About the Opportunity
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected Central Ohio employer seeking a Human Resources Generalist for an immediate contract opportunity. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys a hands-on environment and can support multiple areas ofhuman resources including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and recruiting support.
Responsibilities
Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures
Support onboarding and offboarding activities
Assist with employee relations issues and workplace investigations
Administer benefits enrollment and answer employee questions
Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy
Coordinate recruiting efforts, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment regulations
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
3+ years of HR Generalist experience
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Experience with HRIS systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
