Experience: 5–7 Years Education: Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering

Seeking a Mechanical Tool Designer with strong experience in Industrial/Manufacturing Automation, machine design, tooling, and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design assembly automation, SPMs, conveyors, material handling, and robotic systems.

Develop jigs, fixtures, tooling, pick-and-place, pneumatic and servo systems.

Select bowl feeders, sensors, LM guides, servo motors, and standard components.

Create 3D models, drawings, and BOMs using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Support machine build, debugging, integration, and troubleshooting.

Coordinate with electrical, controls, vendors, customers, and manufacturing teams.

Lead/coordinate onsite-offshore design teams.

Skills: SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Machine/Tooling Design, Industrial Automation, Conveyors, Robotics, Jigs & Fixtures, Pneumatics/Servo Systems, Bowl Feeders, High-Speed Automation.
