Assistant Coach – Postgraduate Lacrosse
FUMA is seeking a full-time Assistant Coach for the Postgraduate Lacrosse Program. This position is ideal for a high-energy, motivated coach who is passionate about recruiting, developing student-athletes and helping continue to grow a nationally competitive postgraduate program.
Estimated Start Date: June 15, 2026
The assistant coach will play a key role in recruiting, player development, practice planning, and program operations while helping instill the academy's Christian values, including discipline, accountability, and leadership.
Responsibilities
Recruit prospective postgraduate student-athletes globally
Assist with practice planning, game preparation, scouting, and other duties as assigned in athletic department
Develop and implement defensive systems and player development
Support strength & conditioning expectations and team culture
Help manage program operations, travel, logistics and equipment
Maintain strong communication with recruits, families, and college coaches
Assist with social media, marketing and program promotion
Uphold the standards and Christian mission at FUMA
Qualifications
Previous college or high-level lacrosse playing/coaching experience preferred
Strong recruiting ability and national network database
Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
Competitive mindset and relentless work ethic
Ability to mentor and develop young men both on and off the field
Valid driver's license with ability to travel for recruiting, as well as pass a background check
