AI Engineer (Agentic Implementation)

Position: Charlotte, NC (initially, then can become Remote)

Design and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems on LLM Suite and OmniAI platforms, using LLMs, multi-agent orchestration (LangGraph/CrewAI), and secure tool integration via APIs and MCP.

Build RAG pipelines and integrate agents with firm data and platforms such as Athena and Fusion, using Python and Java on AWS and private cloud infrastructure.

Implement evaluation frameworks, guardrails, human-in-the-loop controls, and audit logging that meet Model Risk Management, Compliance, and Cybersecurity standards.

Partner with business and technology stakeholders across to identify high-value use cases and scale agentic solutions firmwide. Requires 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years with LLMs.
