Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA)

N & Co. Talent is recruiting on behalf of Learn Through Play ABA for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required

• LBA required

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Experience developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans

• Experience supervising and supporting BTs/RBTs

• Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills

• Bilingual preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Monitor client progress and make clinical modifications as needed

• Provide supervision and support to BTs/RBTs

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and members of the clinical team

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Provide services in accordance with BACB ethical and professional standards
