We are looking for an experienced Databricks Manager to lead enterprise-scale data engineering and Databricks delivery programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Databricks & Data Engineering teams

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise data programs

• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks & dependencies

• Lead Databricks Lakehouse, Spark & Delta Lake implementations

• Work closely with architects, engineering leaders, product teams & business stakeholders

• Drive governance, quality, automation & continuous improvement

• Manage client, executive & vendor communications

• Support hiring, capacity planning and team development

Required Skills

15+ years of IT experience

Strong Databricks experience

Apache Spark & Delta Lake

Lakehouse architecture

AWS / Azure / GCP

Data Engineering & ETL/ELT

Large team & program management

Agile/Scrum

Strong stakeholder & executive communication
