Lead Full Stack Developer\n Salary $175,000-$200,000\n 100% Remote from the continental US excluding the Pacific Time Zone and New York state\n \n This role is for a sophisticated Lead Software Architect / Senior Full Stack Developer who is experienced in leading architecture and system designs for complex web applications and also still loves to code.\n \n Responsibilities\n\n Leading architecture and system designs\n Passion for writing great code and building world class software products used by millions of people.\n Helping leading teams writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code\n Design and Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements\n Run planning meetings and coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards\n Support test and deployment of new products and features\n Participate in code reviews\n\n \n Qualifications\n\n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)\n 7+ years of relevant work experience\n Strong proficiency as a full stack software developer\n Authorized to work in the United States and no visa sponsorship required.\n 2+ years experience as a team lead / lead architect\n Proficient with web application and API development\n Deep expertise in full-stack application development: C# (.NET Core), JavaScript/TypeScript\n\n \n Nice to Have\n\n Experience architecting systems for real-time data, high-performance visualization, and/or distributed computing.\n Familiarity with containerized deployment, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and hybrid cloud/on-prem architectures.\n Consulting experience\n Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, reusability, and user-centric workflows in enterprise environments.\n\n \n Cultural Fit\n While we hire all kinds of people and invent roles to fit them, there are four key traits we require of every team member that really define our team.\n\n Fun to Work With - Life is short and work should be fun.\n Smart - We work on cutting-edge hard problems.
