Fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.\n \n\n 13 ORs + 2 endo suites\n Level II Trauma\n Ortho, Neurosurgery, CV, general, urology, GYN, GYN Onc, ENT, podiatry, pediatrics, vascular\n 3 XI robots\n 30-35 cases/day\n Director reports to the Hospital COO\n 3 managers under Director\n 120 FTEs\n\n \n Qualifications:\n\n Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required\n Master's Degree Preferred\n 2+ years of Recent Acute Care leadership of Surgical Services Required\n
