Tasks & Duties\n • System Analysis & Design\n • Propose relational database table design and assess impact of subsequent proposed enhancements on table design.\n • Designs and programs ad hoc management and operational reports utilizing tools such as SQL developer, Oracle Discoverer and statistical packages.\n • Assist in providing management reporting and information dissemination\n • Assist in developing a comprehensive project management plans\n • Assist in leading the planning and implementation of project\n • Assist in facilitating the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables\n • Assist in defining project tasks and resource requirements\n • Assist in managing project execution from start through completion\n • Assist in managing project resource allocation\n • Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines\n • Assist in tracking project deliverables using appropriate tools\n Assist in providing project quality assurance\n • Assist in developing quality assurance metrics to measure output\n • Assist in implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project output\n • Assist in Testing\n • Assist in providing management reporting and information dissemination\n • Assist in constantly monitoring and reporting on progress of the project to all stakeholders\n • Assist in presenting reports defining project progress, problems and solutions to problems\n • Assist in publishing project meeting agendas and minutes from discussions\n \n Required Skills\n A minimum of 4 years of experience with the following skill sets:\n • Lead IT Project Manager, in overseeing medium/large scale IT projects and solutions, comprising sub-projects and distinct deliverables on a rolling deliverable basis; responsible for developing and stewarding related IT Project Management artifacts.\n • Managing IT projects (as well as formal SDLC and business analysis methodologies) for custom 3-tier web applications, as well as proprietary or customized out-of-the-box systems.\n • Knowledge of government IT systems, particularly legacy systems.\n • Presenting and communicating with executive level management.\n • Managing all aspects of a project, including providing overall guidance and direction, overseeing financial management, and seeing tasks through to completion with minimal guidance.\n • Proficiency in reviewing project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards.\n • Demonstrated ability to work well with technical and non-technical resources.\n • Ability to take strategic direction from executive management and participate in strategic planning activities throughout the lifetime of the project.\n • Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.\n • Strong knowledge of server and application architecture.\n • Ability to work in cross-functional teams to provide the best solution\n • Strong customer and quality-focus.\n • Sound problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills.\n • Outstanding collaboration and team building skills.\n • Strong written and verbal communication skills.\n • Excellent analytic, organization, presentation, and facilitation skills\n \n All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.
