This correctional facility delivers inpatient psychiatric services to an adult male patient population within a secure clinical environment. The facility maintains established protocols and dedicated resources to support continuity of psychiatric care delivery. Locum tenens coverage is sought on an immediate basis for a minimum of three months.About the Facility Location

Orient is a village in Pickaway County, located approximately 15 miles from Columbus. The area features several historically notable sites, including the Orient Opera House and Orient General Store, both listed on the National Register of Historic Places, along with the Orient Historical Museum and guided tours offered by the Orient Historical Society. Outdoor recreation is available at Bragg Memorial Park and Wolfe's Pond Park, where visitors may walk trails or rent kayaks.About the Clinician's Workday

Clinicians in this role will provide part-time inpatient psychiatric services for an adult male population within a correctional facility, working day shifts totaling 24 hours per week on-site. Clinical responsibilities include rounding on adult male patients and delivering ongoing psychiatric care within the inpatient setting. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
